Make life easier for your executor
Plain-English guides, checklists and tools for UK adults who want to get life admin and executor jobs under better control.
Start small, focus on what matters most, and come back when you are ready for the next bit. Everything here is designed to be good enough, not perfect.

Is this for you?
Planning Ahead
You want to get your affairs in order now so that your future executor is not digging through drawers, phones and inboxes when they are already grieving.
Dealing with a Death
You are the executor or main organiser after a death and you need calm, practical help to work out what needs doing, in what order.
Getting Organised
You are not sure where to start, but you would like one place to keep the key information and notes your family will one day need.
How Life Admin Clarity Helps
Everything here is designed for ordinary adults in England and Wales, not lawyers or financial advisers. You get just enough structure to feel on top of things, without turning it into a second job.
Understand what Matters
Short guides that explain the key jobs for executors, who is involved and the main decisions to think about, in normal language.
Capture the Right Information
Checklists, notes and spreadsheets that help you pull together the basics – your people, accounts, digital life and ongoing bills – in one place.
Make Life Easier for your Executor
Practical templates you can share now or later, so the person dealing with your estate has a clear starting point when the time comes.
Pick a Starting Point
You do not have to sort everything at once. Pick one area that feels manageable and begin there.
You and the Key People
Simple guides and notes to map out who is involved in your life, who needs to know about a death and how to pass on contact details.
Digital Access and Online Life
Support for phones, email, password managers and social media, so your executor is not locked out of vital accounts.
Household Bills and Ongoing Costs
Checklists and timelines to help executors work out which bills must be paid, what can be paused and how to avoid nasty surprises.
Who’s behind Life Admin Clarity?
I’m Paul Staves, based in the UK. I am not a solicitor or financial adviser. I built Life Admin Clarity after going through my own journey of trying to document my estate for my family. I saw how hard it was to pull together all the information and so I started documenting what I found.
The goal is simple – to give you calm, realistic tools so you can get organised at your own pace, and make things a little easier for the people who may one day have to deal with your estate.
